Refund Policy
We want every CoRide experience to be seamless. If something goes wrong with your shared ride, seat booking, or subscription, here's exactly what you're entitled to.

Full Refund
- Ride cancelled by the driver before departure.
- CoRide's AI matching system could not find a suitable co-passenger or driver for your booking.
- Technical error on CoRide's platform resulted in an incorrect or duplicate charge.
- Cancellation made by the passenger more than 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- CoRide cancels the ride due to safety concerns, driver verification failure, or service unavailability in your area.
Partial Refund
- Cancellation made between 5 and 15 minutes before scheduled departure.
- Passenger cancels after the driver has already navigated to the pick-up point.
- CoRide-confirmed route deviation of more than 20% that was not agreed upon by the passenger.
- Service disruption on CoRide's side that resulted in a significantly delayed trip with no acceptable alternative.
No Refund
- Cancellation made less than 5 minutes before departure.
- Passenger marked as a no-show at the confirmed pick-up point.
- Ride completed successfully — dissatisfaction with co-passenger personalities, music choices, or personal preferences is not a refund basis.
- Loyalty Rewards, Referral Bonus credits, Eco Score incentives, and promotional vouchers are non-refundable under any circumstance.
- Premium Driver Membership and Featured Ride Listing fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
- Subscription Plan fees (monthly/annual) are non-refundable after the billing date unless the plan was never used.
How to Request a Refund
Raise a Request
Go to Trips → Select the trip → Tap 'Request Refund' within 48 hours of the ride. Describe the issue briefly.
Review (24–48 hrs)
Our team reviews ride data, GPS logs, AI route records, and the payment transaction for the disputed trip.
Decision Notified
You receive an in-app notification and email with the outcome. If approved, the refund amount is confirmed.
Credit Processed
Approved refunds are credited to your CoRide Wallet (instant) or original payment method within the stated timeline.
Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of the trip end time. Requests after this window may not be eligible.

Timelines are measured from the date our team approves your refund, not the date of the request.
